When I first met Shelley on 9/21/24; I needed to sell my Dad’s house in Silver Spring, Maryland to pay for his assisted living and medical bills.  Two days later; Dad’s house was on the market.  Four days after that; we had received 35 offers and were under contract. 10 days after that; Dad’s house was sold on 10/7/24. Dad’s house was listed at $354,999 as is (it needed a lot of work).  It sold for $421,000. $66,001 over asking price!

Shelley works very hard and is with you every step of the way.  I appreciated her doing everything she could to make the process as low stress as it could be. Shelly’s advice, responsiveness, preparation and help in selling our home was invaluable.  She came prepared with an extensive market analysis for our area.  Her guidance for what we needed to do to get our old house ready to sell was spot on.  She made the house look amazing.  Her helped extended beyond what is normally expected from a real estate agent. She helped us downsize and sell some of our stuff.  When health issues forced us to leave early, she worked with the contractors to fix up the house and the movers to pack our belongings.  The staging and pictures really made the house shine.  She priced the house appropriately and marketed it well.  In the end, Shelly got us several offers in a few days’ time and sold it for more than we expected. We highly recommend Shelly!

Shelley was so great to work with - we sold our condo and bought a new house at the same time and she facilitated both for us. Her instincts are right-on, her recommendations were solid, and she is so responsive! Which did a lot to alleviate stress and worry on our end.
